We all enjoyed the glorious trip to America.

We all have enjoyed the glorious trip to America.

Are these sentences OK and do they convey the same meaning?

No, they do not mean the same thing. The first sentence says you went there and now you're back home. In the case of the second sentence, you're probably still there.
