Hello,

Is the sentence below correct?

We just now added you to the list.

Thanks for your help.
 
It is "taut" because the "now" is implied by the word "just".
In addition, it splits the pronoun from the verb rather more than simply "just".

It would better be written as "We added you to the list just now".

I think you can also say:
We've just added you to the list.

This is also suitable for British English because, "We just added you to the list." is more used in American English.
(Yet there is no problem to use it in American English.)
