It's important for me to speak English.
1 - Is it important for you to speak English?
2 - What is it important for you to do?
3 - What is important for you to do?

Are sentences 2 and 3 grammatical? I think only sentence 3 is right - for some reason I think sentence 2 sounds strange. I don't know why, though. Maybe both are right, 2 is a question about the object, and 3 about the subject.

I don't think the second one is grammatical.

The second one has an extra word which serves no function.

#2 is what we would use in BrE if we were to utter this fairly unlikely sentence.

I say both 2 and 3 are grammatical.

I wouldn't use #2, though.

I am not so sure, probably because the sentence is, as you say, unlikely.

It would require some context.
