I am going to describe you my upcoming stay in London in detail to highlight when I will have some free time.

Is the sentence above correct? I'm not sure whether "when I will have" is correct there.
 
Yes, but "I am going to describe you" is wrong.

It's wrong in the OP's sentence, but not always: I'm calling Aunt Jean, who's going to pick you up at the train station. I'm going to describe you to her.
