Are these sentences correct:

1) Getting enough sleep will reduce stress and also probably slow down memory loss, which are extremely bad for you.
2) Getting enough sleep will reduce stress and also probably slow down memory loss, both of which are extremely bad for you.
(stress and memory loss are bad for you)

3) They fired Jim and gave a reprimand to John, who were actually just obeying orders.

4) They fired Jim and gave a reprimand to John, who were both actually just obeying orders.

When each object has its own verb (1: reduce/slow down; 2: fired/gave), the clause after the comma needs to sort things out better. If you use just one verb for both objects, you can be more concise:

- Getting enough sleep will reduce stress and memory loss, which are extremely bad for you.
- They punished Jim and John, who were actually just obeying orders.
