Is there a phrase "Wiggle down the price"? I heard it in a video. There were no captions available so I may have misheard it.

I haven't watched the video, and that's not a common expression, but it's perfectly understandable. It probably stems from the common and informal term "wiggle room" that is often used when negotiating or talking about negotiations. https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/wiggle-room
