1) You are biased against the people(of a community).

2) You are racist against the people(of a community).

Please check these sentences.
 
1) is fine. 2) doesn't work. Racism doesn't take against. Someone is either racist or not. We don't specify against whom racism is directed.

Tufguy, please learn to put a space before every opening parenthesis ("bracket" in British English), as I did in this sentence.
 
You can use a preposition to show where racism is directed, but not against. Use toward instead.
