But I worked on the accounts for Northwick Park Hospital - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia while it was under construction [happy days, hmmm...] and much of the paperwork referred to 'precast load-bearing external wall units' [I've got an ear for catchy phrases like that ;-) ]

Google "adjective order" and take a look at some of the posts from the "edu" sites.

For me, logic prevails. Concrete parts can exist without being pre-made, but premade parts are not always concrete. Concrete is the material. Pre-made is how it is constructed.
