No.

A car is considered a vehicle.
A car is considered to be a vehicle.

Can I ask why you want to say it this way? A car IS a vehicle. It's not "considered to be" a vehicle.

What about when somebody tells me to do something and I answer him:

Consider it as done!
Consider it's done!
Consider as it's done!

Am I right or there are other options?

Thank you in advance.

I would say: "Consider it done".

Hi Barb_D,

I was only interested to know whether we use 'as' with 'consider'. I know that my car-example is not the best one, though.
To make things clear:

A is considered B - fine
A is considered to be B - fine
A is considered as B - wrong

Am I right?

Yes, with "as" is wrong, Although it's a very common mistake. It used to happen to me as well;-)
