This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

My dad drinks coffee and tea like water. Sometime he complains he can't sleep. My mom suggests drinking less caffeinated beverage, but he refuses, saying it has nothing to with his sleeping, and keeps complaining. He also likes washing the toilet at the midnight or in the early morning. I've told him not to because that wakes me up, but he just kept doing it. I'm thinking whether I should wash the toilet while he's sleeping so that he can feel my pain!

See above.
1. Once upon a time, saying that someone drinks XXX like water would have made more sense because people drank a lot more plain water in days gone by. These days, there are people who never drink a glass of water, claiming that their tea and coffee intake contains water. However, most people will still know what you mean so I haven't changed the opening sentence.
2. Do you know how to work out when to use "less" and when to use "fewer"?
3. It's a bit formal to say "caffeinated beverages". At the very least, I'd change "beverages" to "drinks", but I'd probably just say "less caffeine".
He also likes washing cleaning the toilet at the midnight or in the early hours of the morning. I've told him not to because that it wakes me up, but he just kept keeps doing it. I'm thinking wondering whether I should wash clean the toilet while he's sleeping so that he can feel my pain!
See above.
1. We don't "wash" a toilet. We clean it, as we do everything else in the bathroom and the bathroom itself.
2. You needed "wondering" there. If you wanted to use "thinking", you have had to say "I'm thinking about cleaning the toilet ...".
