To become emotionally obistet

You need to post a video or a link in which we can actually see the timestamp at the bottom so we can skip to 5:56. I started the video but there was no way of skipping forward. I have no intention of watching the whole thing!
By the way, "obistet" isn't an English word so you must have misheard.

Thank you so much for replying, yeah of course you have not to watch it all, the woman is African as I guss, so I think she has an error pronunciation, yet I'm not sure. Maybe she wants to say "upset" but I heard it obistet 💔

She has a pretty thick accent, probably Caribbean. For instance, she repeatedly says "ax" for "ask" and "assept" for "accept". Learners should not emulate her pronunciation.

Highly appreciated teacher probus 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Would you kindly tell me what does she mean when she said an actor in 11: 4 please.
👉🏻 " When you come from a place of strength and peace, others respond to it and you become an actor". Just this please

I'm honestly not sure what she meant by "...you become an actor". My best guess is she means other people may then be influenced by what you say and do, but it's no more than a guess. I'd be interested to hear what others think.

Her point there is how to validate oneself in action. You do this through acts, such as taking a walk, having a nap, clearing your head, and so on. When you perform these acts, you are an actor. She means to encourage you to take an active approach to your own wellbeing.
